𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟲𝟬-𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘 The biggest shift in the last 24 hours is not another chatbot feature. Major platforms are pushing AI toward persistent work: agents that keep going between conversations, automations that start from connected-app events, and business systems that can act across the tools you already use. For entrepreneurs, the opportunity is real, but the operating rule is becoming just as clear: delegate the repeatable work, connect only the data the job needs, and keep a human approval step before anything publishes, sends, spends, deletes, or materially changes a customer record. Meta says Muse can work toward goals and surface ideas proactively, while publishing, sending, and spending still require user approval. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: This is one of the clearest attempts yet to make a general AI agent useful across the messy mix of systems a small business already runs. The important part is not that Muse can chat about your business, but that it can work across operational data and tools without requiring the owner to move everything into one platform. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁: Owner-led businesses, agencies, ecommerce brands, local businesses, and teams already using several of the supported SaaS tools. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲: If Muse is available to you, test one low-risk workflow that crosses two systems, such as reviewing recent sales data and preparing a draft follow-up plan. Keep approval turned on for any external action while you evaluate the quality of the work. -------------------- 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗚𝗣𝗧 𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦-𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧-𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲? 5/5 Worth testing 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱: OpenAI introduced dots, always-on agents in ChatGPT that can keep making progress between conversations using their own cloud computer. The same September 29 release also added connected-app events that can start automations, plus new Space, Pages, Sites, Meetings, and plugin capabilities that make ChatGPT more persistent across projects and workflows. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: The practical shift is from asking AI to do a task while you are present to defining work that can continue or start when something changes. That can reduce repeated checking and handoffs, but it also raises the importance of permissions, approval rules, and clear definitions of what the agent is allowed to do without you. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁: Entrepreneurs with recurring operational work, agencies, teams using connected apps, and businesses already delegating research, documentation, follow-up, monitoring, or project work to AI. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲: Choose one recurring task that is easy to review but annoying to repeat. Define the trigger, the information the agent may use, the result you want back, and the actions that still require your approval before you turn on persistent execution. -------------------- 𝗚𝗣𝗧-𝟲.𝟭 𝗦𝗢𝗟 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗧-𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗨𝗦-𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲? 4/5 Worth testing 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱: OpenAI released GPT-6.1 Sol for professional work, coding, computer use, and tool-based workflows, and began rolling it into ChatGPT Work and Codex. OpenAI describes it as near-Astra performance at a lower cost, with API pricing of $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens for standard use. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: If you are building repeatable AI workflows, the best model is not automatically the most expensive model. A model that is close enough in quality but cheaper to run can improve the economics of client delivery, internal automation, and high-volume agent work. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁: Agencies, consultants, developers, AI service providers, and businesses running repeatable multi-step workflows where model cost and reliability both matter. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲: Take one real workflow you currently run on a higher-end model and compare it with GPT-6.1 Sol using the same instructions, inputs, and success criteria. Judge the result on quality, completion rate, speed, and cost before changing production work. -------------------- 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗚𝗟𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗢 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗦 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲? 4/5 Act now 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱: Google previously began r
